Magic as a Power System
In this RPG system, martial weaponry is heaviy discouraged. You can use it if you want, but the better way to go is spellcasting. Parties will be composed entirely of nerdy wizards of various sizes. As such, try to dispose of any pre-existing notions of what a wizard does in a typical fantasy party.
